Orion Willis is Prime Wealth Advisors' founder and principal financial planner. The firm is committed to providing clients with comprehensive financial planning services. With over 28 years of experience in the financial industry, he specializes in wealth management, retirement planning, tax strategies, and estate planning, ensuring his clients have a well-rounded approach to securing their financial futures.

Born in Lake Side, Arizona, Orion developed an early interest in finance and pursued a degree in finance at Arizona State University. While at ASU, he interned with MetLife, where he recognized a gap in the financial services industry. Many clients received fragmented financial advice, with different advisors managing various aspects of their financial lives without a cohesive strategy. This inspired him to create a firm providing more integrated, holistic solutions.

In 2002, Orion founded Prime Wealth Advisors to offer a comprehensive suite of services that would address all aspects of his clients' financial lives. His firm integrates wealth management, retirement planning, tax strategies, and estate planning, creating a personalized plan for each client. His commitment is to provide a complete financial roadmap that aligns with each individual’s needs, ensuring long-term security and peace of mind.

As a fiduciary, Orion is always dedicated to acting in his client's best interests, prioritizing their needs above his own. His adherence to the fiduciary standard builds trust and ensures clients receive unbiased, transparent advice.

Orion is also actively involved in his community, contributing over $28,000 to the Sun City West Pickleball Club to support local charitable causes. In addition to his professional success, he values his family life and enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He is passionate about learning languages, having studied Japanese, Mandarin, and Tagalog, and is an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. His faith plays a central role in guiding his personal and professional life.
